Zdlsy electric trap is a new generation steam trap specially developed and manufactured by our company according to the steam trap of thermal power plant equipment. The product has the characteristics of small size, light weight, large valve capacity, sensitive switch, hardfacing of valve core and seat, closing without internal leakage and high pressure difference, etc. It can also be flammable. When used in explosive occasions, the valve is cut off or opened according to the signal of the control system or the regulating instrument, so as to meet the requirements for the use of the controlled parameters. Therefore, it is widely used in remote control of thermal power plants and other industries. The product is divided into positive and negative effects, and its nominal path grade DN (mm) is from 20 to 100 mm; nominal pressure grade PN is from 150 lb (2.0 mpa), 300 lb (5.0 mpa), 600 LB (10 mpa), 900 LB (15 mpa) and other grades; signal range is 4 to 20 (ma); leakage is almost equal to zero, and the product has many specifications to choose from.

* Actuator has two functions: when the input signal increases, the valve gradually changes from the closed position to the open position, and when the input signal increases, the valve gradually changes from the open position to the closed position.

* Core seat surfacing Ti-Lai alloy is suitable for high temperature cryogenic and other harsh working conditions.
