ZJHM series pneumatic film sleeve regulator is a pressure balancing regulator. With multi-spring actuator, the overall structure is compact, heavy star light and stable. The fluid passage is 3 streamlined, with small pressure drop loss, large allowable pressure difference, low noise and large circulation capacity. It is widely used to precisely control the process parameters of gas and liquid, such as pressure, flow rate, temperature and liquid level. It is especially suitable for situations with large flow rate, large pressure difference and low leakage requirement.

   This series of products are standard and adjustable cut-off type, bellows sealing type, jacket insulation type and other varieties. The nominal pressure grades of the products are household to 10, 16, 40, 64, the valve body caliber range is DN20 to 500, and the applicable fluid temperature is from - 196 ~560 ~C. There are many grades in the range. Leakage standards are IV, V and VI. Flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. Various varieties and specifications are available. 

Characteristic:

1. Balanced spool structure, small axial unbalance force, large allowable pressure difference, good stability. The sleeve has good interchangeability, convenient disassembly and assembly, and easy maintenance.

2. All-metal spool structure is suitable for various working occasions, reaching the IV leak standard, and soft seal structure spool reaching the VI leak standard.

3. The valve body is designed as a low flow resistance channel with equal load surface according to the principle of hydrodynamics. The adjustable range is wide, the inherent adjustable ratio is 50:1, and the rated flow coefficient is increased by 30%.

4. The actuator adopts multi-spring structure, which reduces the height by 307%. The weight was reduced by 30%.

5. ZJHMW bellows sealed control valve, forming a complete seal on the moving stem, plugging fluid leakage.
