• ZZYV self-operated micro-pressure regulating valve belongs to the series of self-operated pressure regulating valves; it is a self-operated valve which does not need any additional energy and depends on the medium's own energy control. It is located between ZZYP and ZZYVP in the series of self-operated valves. It is mainly used in situations where the pressure before the control valve is less than 0.2 MPa.

    Characteristic

    1. The adjusting spring is designed on the top of the film actuator to facilitate on-site debugging.

    2. No packing, no friction between upper and lower movement of valve stem, reliable upper seal

    3. Actuator sensors are extremely sensitive, and very small pressure changes can be detected.

    4. The valve body is four-way, so K and B can be used as one kind of valve body.

    5. Balanced structure, not affected by pre-valve pressure

    Main Parts

    1 valve body

    2 diaphragm

    3 Membrane Cover

Principle of Self-operated Micro-pressure Regulating Valve

The valve adopts large diaphragm actuator with large output force and stability, is extremely sensitive to small changes in pressure and flow, and has high control accuracy. The valve core is designed with single-seat open (high in and low out). Balanced diaphragm is installed at the valve cover (connecting with the valve body) to balance the pressure before the valve and eliminate the unbalanced force. After the pressure enters the membrane actuator through the pressure take-off pipe, the pressure enters the membrane actuator. Compared with the film actuator adjusting spring, the pressure behind the valve which can not reach the set value (adjusting the compression actuator spring) increases, and vice versa decreases.
